If using the TV, a yellow light entering the receiver registered as a hit, and a pink light was a successful shot. I think a lens opened inside when you hit the trigger.
Cool part was, without the TV, you could run around and shoot each other with the ships, like laser tag. There were a couple of animated videos that worked well, like you were really flying, but the actual live action show just had the color patterns superimposed all randomly, your poor figure flying out of your ship every 5 minutes. Such an insanely ambitious line! |

I have to agree too. The 80's where amazing. I got to see the birth of video games as well as see original movie ideals. I am not sure but the 80's might go down as the best time to be a kid.
