Thursday and Golden may be IRL customers but the Meaner character, based more on the hat as I don't think the actor played him with much of a grin, isn't from the Old West but rather the early 70s, the most unusual box office success of all time. At least, at that time. You'd need a blue denim jacket to complete the look, IMHO.

Fonda wore the black hat and famously played a villain in Once Upon A Time In The West. Was in On Golden Pond. And played Owen Thursday in Fort Apache. Three heads: one actor.

At this small of a scale, likeness' are so vague that nobody has to worry about being sued. Nobody is making them look like famous people, it's their choice.

I don't watch many westerns anymore, except Gunsmoke when I see it on. I have no clue who these people are or are supposed to be. They will be used as various bounty hunters and barflies in my Space Port.
