Yeah damn I just looked and saw Dec 2017 as the estimated delivery date. 3 years? Almost Eagle Force territory.

Ok I correct myself. Eagle Force was Jan 2018. I think the Hell Screamerz folks are now officially ripped off. That makes me really sad.

I know for a fact that isn't the case. I have a good relationship with the creator of Hellscreamerz and I know what they are dealing with concerning their factories. It isn't much different than what the Eagle Force guys are dealing with the factories in China. It is one excuse after another with the factories. The latest being reduced capacity due to Covid and now catching up. The Hellscreamerz guys have shown factory samples a few times and the issues with the samples. I think these will finally get made in 2021. Having backed almost every Kickstarter in the 3.75" range I have seen the craziness in the factory system. I think the biggest issue with any of the Kickstarters or additional KS like initiatives is that everyone is now wary (and weary) of ponying up $ that may not show delivery for years.
The factories push all of these guys down to last priority bc $50-$100K is small for them compared to vendors that pay millions to the factory each year for production. And once the initial funds are sent to the factory there is very little in the way of getting that money back thus the factory holds a lot of power. The smart money would be to get all these creators together under an umbrella and they would have more power over these factories as they would control a larger cash base. |

Well I backed this up as well and I was hoping to have these in hands by now. Biggest frustration is the lack of communication which stopped more or less 1 year ago.
At last for Eagleforce we get an update every now and then and it seems that this one is very close to release.

Agreed. Lack of communication is terrible. They always say (all of them) "well why would we update if there is no update" but they fail to understand that even a "hey nothing to report but this is still moving" is better than scratch. I get they are embarrassed and their reputation is at stake, but I would rather be embarrassed than have people think I frauded them. These cats might be great people, but when folks pour a ton of money into their projects they have a responsibility to stay in constant contact. If they feel otherwise they are in the wrong business.

We are keeping our fingers crossed for a late Q4 2020 shipment, but there have been no commitments made from the factory in that regard. We will keep you updated if and when we receive additional information.

They had updates in March and May discussing the factory's covid situation. There hasn't been anything to update. They gave an update in August to say they were still trying to complete the project. Until production starts back up or they give up on the project, there isn't really anything to update. You can request an update on kickstarter anonymously, if you need more frequent updates.

If you need anything more than 'Hey, there's a murderous disease rampantly spreading across the planet and we'll get back to you when we can' you're acting kinda Karen-esque entitled; imho.
