Most of the walmarts around me don't have these anymore or all have the same german soldier with that wierd long horizontal binocular thingies. Thier over coats on some of them are really cool moding stuff, but the rest of the figures are just standard WW2 reatrds...ROC toys will make for better parts.

Man, I hope I find some of these. They are actually very detailed. Ultimate Soldier has some nice 1/18th scale WWII vehicles. Unfortunately the word is they filed for bankruptcy.

I was always on the the lookout for the Vietnam era ones. I picked up 3 of the 4 that were branded as the movie "Platoon" figures. I never did find the Johnny Dep figure. LOL! I also found 1 regular Vietnam one at a Toys R Us once. They are pretty detailed and come with a lot of accessories. Not really "action" figures, but they are good for posing becuase they have the extra legs and arms.

Are these WW2 troops? I can't believe you even found 9 different figures...good for you. I could never find these in any quantity to start collecting them. When KB was closing I picked up a few German and Japanese troops but they weapons wouldn't stay on and the helmets were too big.
Nice collection tkjaer21 |
