Not sure if anyone has seen this yet but Toyark posted an article about a new Revoltech 4" figure line coming out soon called, "Revolmini."

RevolMini Metal Gear Solid Snake - The Toyark - News

The first character is going to be Solid Snake from the Metal Gear Solid game, other characters are planned as this will be an ongoing line but who and what have yet to be announced. Going pre-order price for these are in the $25 USD range, (sound familiar?) and will feature a combination of Revoltech joints as well as other styles.
Even more 1/18th scale figures for those who enjoy that scale.

I pre-ordered one for sure. I hate that were now approaching $30 for our figures 1/18th now, but I guess thats the price to pay for the better quality and ariticulation. 5poa figures will be in the 15$ range soon as it is...and thats where hasbro wants play so its items like this form Hasbro competitors that will get my money...

I'm not sure you can really call an imported collector's item not widely available in the US Hasbro's competition. They seem to be two distinctly different markets.

If its getting my money that is in contention with Hasbro products, I can call it a competitor if i wish they are competing for my money one way or another...thus competing in either regard.

There was a pic floating around of this one next to a regular Revoltech Snake, and then someone posted a Joe next to said Snake and it seemed to show these are gonna just be a bit larger than Joes. Imaginative posing should make it even less noticable.

And unlike the 50th line you actually be able to get these. ;)

Interesting. I have one of their mini Evangelion figures but it's hard to gauge the new line from that since it's proportions are to odd so I've been wondering just how big Snake is going to be.
I did find an article that is showing off the second figure they plan to release; Kinnikuman (Muscle Man/king from M.U.S.C.L.E. Things in the US)

Kaiyodo Announces Revolmini Solid Snake and Kinnikuman toys

A feature they are claiming these new figures will have is moving eyes. The article also says the figures will be "4-1/4 to "4-1/2 tall so yeah, a bit bigger.
