Between Star Wars and Marvel Universe, there are countless options for figures one can use to supplement a collection of Joes. Which is to say nothing of all the other options, ranging from Indiana Jones to my favorite 1:18 figure, about whom more in a moment.
The chief issue is that not all figures in the 1:18 scale are truly of that scale; G.I. Joe figures and Star Wars figures are not technically compatible in this sense, for example (and the huge difference in the neck designs from the respective series is maddening). Sadly, my favorite 1:18 figure is likewise not to scale with Joes. He is considerably shorter than any given Joe figure, when the character is supposed to be something like eight feet tall in his comic book series. My favorite is Mezco's Hellboy. There was another version with a cigar molded into his mouth, and another with a screaming face. I'd like to have them for the sake of diversity, but this is easily my favorite of the three. What is your favorite non-Joe 1:18 figure? Share your opinions! Share your photos! |

So many options. Probably something from MU. WWHulk is cool.
I got Puck recently and love how he can balance on 1 hand(sometimes a pain in the ass but can be done). Or Ghost Rider the fig that got me back into joe. Love GR found miasto bikes that led to noks ect ect. |

The TVC Fordo is a figure well done with enough play value. Embo/Cable have great compliment of accesories with weapons that can they can essentially carry on their person.

I like the Iron man 2 figures. War machine is probably my favorite. I do like the Nick Fury that used Joe parts. I also like the SW vintage collection republic trooper.
