Marvel Super Hero Mashers - The Toyark - News

For collectors, these won't replace your Marvel Legends. However if you dig parts swapping to make your own figure combinations, you might like these. Be forewarned though these are aimed at kids.

I saw these last week at TRU and nearly puked in the aisle.

Obviously, these are meant for kids. Us old guys are getting phased out, since all these new action figures are driving us away. But, I'm sure a few of you will buy them.

I dunno. They don't look TOO bad. If they have articulation of any kind they could be passable. Heck, it's cool characters like WOlverine and Iron Man come with unmasked heads.

AFAIK these are a lot bigger.

Yea I bought one to compare to my Green Lantern the GL is taller but the Masher's part's are thicker which makes the difference in how they look.

I have to admit...the aesthetics of these kinda drew me in. Haven't bought any, but they look a lot like "Sigma 6" Marvel.

They also look like they'd be hella fun toys for kids.

And for us big kids, the Captain America and Amazing Spiderman 2 Marvel Legends are popping up pretty heavily at Targets now. Get 'em while they're still $14.99!

To me its kind of a close relative to Bionicles, but more developed for the kids who get bored w/just plain figures & want more play-value? I'm not a fan on one hand but nice dio-pic USagent, great use of the "Doombot". The one TRU I seent them @ they had them priced for $20 ouch....I actually hated the Iron Man 3
4" Build-an-Ironman Figs a lot more....man those things were a waste of space & rotting in the clearance aisle @ target....but TRU will hold onto them like gold for years to come...whatever exec came up w/those should be forced to eat a few of them

The idea is ok looks like a better version of the ironman 3 gimmick. as a parent these are gonna be a nightmare! more parts thrown all over the house kids crying where is thors leg! IDK they have some character but I dont think I am buying any right now.
If I see them next the dc stuff and it works then MAYBE
