It probably indicates that they got the product from a retail liquidator. The liquidators get rejected product like goods with damaged packaging and unsold or overstocked goods, then they put it into a big box and sell the unwanted goods for a price.
It's the step after a discount seller like Ross and Tj maxx, they're just trying to get rid of it fast. You flea marketers might just be buying one or two giant boxes of these and sharing what's in it amongst themselves to sell. |
