Also, on the direct sales front, Lanard really should consider something like Mattel and Hasbro do. I would think it would be costly to start up, but to be able to offer ALL product to US based consumers would end up being a win in the end. Obviously it is a line geared more to kids and moms and grandmas looking for cheap alternatives but I feel like there is enough collector interest especially with the new sculpt figures and vehicles that can be customized. I would order the shit out of Lanard Corps items, especially to not have to go to Ollie's anymore. Calendars Go and Go Toys just charge too much for the items, but to be fair, they charge to much for every item in the stores.

100% Or they could just start an Amazon store instead of trying to get Amazon to buy their product for resale. If some schlub scalping toys out of his basement in Cleveland can start a store on Amazon and Walmart.com, why can't Lanard? Lanard's stuff just isn't the kind of product you should have to hunt for, or jump through hoops for (or drive to goddamn Missouri for). And most people don't/won't. But if they make it easy to buy, they'll sell a ton of it.
i have an amazon account. i would be more likely to buy lanard product as a prime member because i get free shipping. if i wasnt i prime member, there's still no way i'd do it. not ANY lanard stuff though, im still going to be very particular about what i get. no monkeys. no dinosaurs. so what im saying, is there's potential for more customers - not just myself - if they had the brain matter to create a amazon store and sold product with amazon prime. you have to wonder, what good is their warehouse in missouri, if they dont send anything to stores from it? |

Got me. I asked that question a few pages back. I'm no Lanard expert like TOPrimo, and have no real knowledge what product is from what time (crisis) period, but it sounds like that warehouse is full of "vintage" shit/stuff that ain't recent...if that's case, wtf is it doing there? Is this warehouse seriously just a place they store old product they only sell once a year!? If so, WTF kinda business model is that?

Not good at my job? 508 I have passed along every bit of information as it's been given to me, like it or not, I am limited by what I can and cannot discuss, everything, including imagery, and assortment details has to be approved before I bring word one to the masses, sadly being compartmentalized I'm sometimes late with revised information. Information that may change from Monday to Friday. Now I may be limited on what I can say, but I do keep everyone up to date with everything I am cleared and allowed to discuss.
Not good at my job....kid made me LOL I think many here missed the point of the annual super sale, in many ways it's been a way for the staff to engage with the community in person, and products were usually shipped in usually two cargo containers full of various products from the entire product lineups both in boys and girls. Some were line samples, examples of foriegn product packaging assortments, and products that domestic brick and mortar deemed too large to carry. The warehouse itself used to be one of the company's distribution and shipping hubs, and is now primarily used as Archival, and ran by several of the Original staff. The super sale for the past two years couldn't get containers shipped and resulted in Archived products being sold with other shipped in by alternative method items. The direct sales methods are now being seriously looked into, as are other online retailer means. There will still be products on shelves, but in order to have full assortments available domestically, several online partnerships were tested during and leading into this past Christmas, online sales were extremely positive, and yes, having an Lanard online storefront is indeed something being discussed, something I had been repeatedly told no, is now a very real possibility. So yes, there are many things going on right now, many cannot be discussed, as they're in varying stages of being implemented. And for those who inquired about tractor supply, each location has different assortments, not just the Corps, also Primal Clash, and several other non action figure lanard product lines. There will be a few listings popping up on their website as well, the tractor supply website items are going to primarily be aimed at outdoor items, as well as action figure sets, check your local locations as again assortments will vary. when walter says "cannot be discussed" i think it really means "i dont know what they're doing. but im pretending like i do."
we've had 5 years of this. at least. we've seen it a hundred times and then there's nothing from what he's not able to discuss. |

No, there are a lot of Inquiries that I'm asked daily that I'm not allowed to discuss. Just the nature of the job
There's no conspiracy in that. I do enjoy these personal quips, makes even me laugh. For more info on all CORPS! Products https://linktr.ee/TheCorpsUniverse

So to my understanding if I want the star troopers mothership I have to go to stores that do not exist in my state. That helps soo much. Nothing but bs.
