Multiple products being sold worldwide right now, Lanard has multiple sku's for Domestic markets just in the action figure range. Alien, Predator, Jurassic Clash. And Multiple products will will arrive for domestic markets this summer. As well as fall.
Outside of domestic sales Which I do understand may not matter to you, Lanard products right now have left even classified offerings in the dust with volume of variety. How can domestic match international? By US toy stores being put back at the forefront of the retail dynamic. Outside of that, well placed domestic partnerships that spread across all of the North American market. With equal distribution. Anyone here can argue all day about what they like, but distribution has been one of the top issues across Even Hasbro and Mattel. Not just Lanard, so the more productive the partnerships, and shipping of freight to ports and the better the distribution the less we'll all see of empty pegs and shelves. The only thing those here care about is what you can get on the action figure shelf right now if you go into the store. If you match Lanard against Mattel, Hasbro, Jazware, etc you still have a better chance of finding something you want when you physically walk in. Without doing searching for an out of the way store and having to drive a hour to it and instead just stopping at a store after work you will have a better chance at finding something. Lanard is at one store that you know carries it. I'm not talking Ozzy's or other bargain outlets that are hit or miss and not in every state. Lanard isn't at Target or even Walgreens. It is only available at Walmart and on Amazon which you can count if you want but imo it is still easier to go to Target and buy a bar of soap then hop on amazon and have it delivered tomorrow.
You say Jurassic Clash is available but if someone sees it on here after you mention it are they going to be able to go up to Walmart and grab it off the peg? No they have to order it online and pay god amounts in shipping and then wait for it to arrive. That's not readily available. I have a better chance of going to Target right now and seeing some classified figure on the peg. May not be the one I want but I bet Ill find a roadblock. It has been on the peg for the last two weeks. That cant be said for the jurassic clash that isnt even available in the store. Your been spitting the same old shit for so long Walt that you carry toilet paper around with you just to wipe your face. Quote:

And don't start about the presence of gijoe, Hasbro is having a ton of shipping issues as have Mattel, so while you are welcome to your opinion, on what's good and what's not. Don't pretend that Lanard is the only company with low quantity. (Lanard has way more than the Corps!, There are in fact multiple lanard products at domestic retail right now at walmart alone!
https://www.walmart.com/ip/Lanard-Li...ueen/663626544 https://www.walmart.com/ip/Jurassic-...ures/479187428 https://www.walmart.com/ip/Jurassic-...-Set/728169173 https://www.walmart.com/ip/Lanard-Wo...Sound/49605852 https://www.walmart.com/ip/Lanard-Li...-Toy/250776311 https://www.walmart.com/ip/Total-Air...oader/27969210 https://www.walmart.com/ip/Lanard-Tu...ench/276930457 https://www.walmart.com/ip/Total-Air...aster/27969199 ( Yeah, I do in fact know what I'm talking about). Hasbro, Mattel, Jazzwares, Spinmaster, Playmates and Lanard are all meeting their demands in a timely manner. Nothing or lack of products on the shelves at this moment is due to additional quarantine safeguards at ports, and turnaround times per assortment orders. Again, I do know what I'm talking about. And I appreciate the critiques, I can't wait to shoot in the new studio, the editing will be a lot smoother as will the overall quality, So Thanks for watching Quote:
Lack of products? Hasbro's retro line pops into mind, as does MOTU origins offerings, and even Jurassic Park products and Transformers are WAY behind their schedules. That's just the way the world is at this moment, we're all still living in a post pandemic society, and it will get better, for all companies.
Technically won't we always be living in a post-pandemic world? Same as we're living in a post-9/11 world, or post nuclear detonation world or post ice age world. It's not even the first pandemic, or the most severe one, just the most fumbled one. Quote:

Marauders Task Force, Joy Toy, Zica, and Boss Fight are all made for adults. Bare in mind toys from those companies cost as much or more than 1/12 lines like Marvel Legends, SW Black Series, or JP Amber Collection. What kind of argument is this? "Woot! Lanard managed to exist somewhere on the planet!" Meanwhile, when was Hasbro or Mattel not available globally and domestically? What's the competition? Lanard vs Hasbro? Lanard vs GI Joe? The Corps vs GI Joe? The Corps vs Hasbro? Quote:
What does this really say? Each time Hasbro pulled GI Joe from production did Lanard gain market dominance and expand distribution? What happened each time GI Joe was relaunched? Quote:
G.I.JOE has always been a vehicle driven line, from its beginnings in the 60's to it's 50th offerings it was a vehicle driven line, I'm sorry but hasbro forcing fans into the 1:12 market at almost triple the original costs is no longer a toy -it's an adult collectible. And THAT is what separates Hasbro from Lanard.
Lanard's whole mission statement is about giving kids of all ages fun toys, So while for some of you Lanard is not giving what you as adults want, it is giving Kids and many collectors more value Dollar to Dollar. Just because you declare something as if it was fact doesn't make it so. The fact that 1/12 scale figures are sold on the toy aisle in retail stores means they are kids toys. Stamping your feet and yelling loudly doesn't change reality. GI Joe Classified is far more a kid's toy than MTF or JoyToy or Bossfight. This is more a price per value argument. Lanard excels at delivering more stuff per dollar than other companies, but that may not equate to more value. Completing the Rebels team or the Bad Batch in 1/12 scale might deliver more value even though far pricier. |

I just want to be able to buy 1:18 VTOLs, helicopters and tanks at US MSRP (plus shipping if need be). Solve that problem and I will be happy.

You guys crack me up. Classified isn't a kids line. G.I.JOE is targeted marketing, at Adult Collectors. As are Most of Hasbro's offerings.
I can look at distribution arguments, or per store arguments and Still be able to look everyone in the eye and tell you that the Lanard Corps! Multiverse products are for kids and collectors. I'm sorry But unless G.I.JOE pulls a hail mary and grows the brand with younger audiences then it will remain an adult collectible brand. Which is fine if that's what Hasbro wants to do with the line, and it's other lines. Lanard will bring to customers a variety of new innovative designs and time-tested favorites for every budget With The Corps Multiverse, as well as all Lanard Products. Not just the collector community. That's not Targeted Marketing, It's just good business! For more info on all CORPS! Your gonna sit here and tell us that the 6 inch Aliens/Predator line is geared more for kids and not trying to get a play in the market that NECA has created?

tkprime, respectfully, just because I don’t know, you mentioned Joe not trying to grow the brand with younger audiences.....what is Lanard doing to grow the brand? Is there advertising on kid sites or shows? Just curious, and not trying to stir the pot. Just interesting to me. Thank you for your response.

More in the spirit to what Kenner offered if you want to make a comparison. Right Now The Alien/Predator license is shared with Multiple Companies. Hiya, Lanard, Neca, Super 7 as well as a few more all doing their own unique takes, and all have to communicate with the license holder for approvals. Quote:

The Corps! Multiverse lines and all Lanard products are following a simple rule, Action driven toys, with style and action-packed features, keeping the price point fair and offering more product variety with each assortment. I'll happily show a current toy isle selling Lanard Multiverse products and the assortments at retail would be just like this here domestically if we still had dedicated toy stores. As it is now Lanard is working with multiple domestic retail partnerships to bring the same variety to domestic markets as international. *SEE Attachment.(Prices shown are not U.S.) Lanard Multiverse products will arrive later this summer and more in the fall to Domestic retailers.
