So you'll firmly grip a fake Willie with both hands to avoid grabbing a real one?

The price is about $2.46 per figure/vehicle. Or to put in another context to be a viable purchase each Corps figure/vehicle needs to be equal to or greater than 2.5 Final Faction figures/accessory packs. 13 Lanard Corps things vs 32 Final Faction things. This is known as the Final Faction Equivalent Purchase (FFEP) method. Or we could quantify your purchase with "EBay Knockoff Stormtroopers" (EKSs) equivalence. EKSs are about $3.50 each. So 13 Lanard Corps things should be equal to 9 EKSs. If either statement can be claimed as true then the purchase was worthwhile. |

Lanard brings products to over 96 Countries, with various assortments, unique packaging and fun products. So when I say Lanard has a worldwide presence know that I mean worldwide.

But for those here in the states it's been a process to get back to larger assortments, and now thanks to various domestic partnerships more products are coming than ever before.
aliens? maybe. but they completely borked that. so who cares about that one anymore either. there was nothing stopping them from continuing their 4" planned line, and do the stupid 6" stuff no one wants. |

I have to jump in here, if for no other reason than to clear up some misconceptions:
Amazon sure as shit counts! Since the end of Toys R Us (and probably a bit before), Amazon has become on par with the "big two" in the US market in terms of toy sales. They buy a TON, and getting a line like The Corps on there (and not at 3rd party seller prices) is very much a boone to the line. Quote:

It's entirely possible Disney pushed Lanard to the 6/7 inch line to be more in line with other collector lines of their properties. Or they didn't appreciate Lanard half assing the line with a bunch of reused assets from other Lanard lines.

It doesn't get much easier than Amazon. Purchase or pre-order with free 2-day shipping? That's hard to beat. I just bought a couple figures from JoyToy off of Amazon, i guess those figures don't count?

Steevy Maximus I can tell you that Lanard and the License holders work together every step of the way with one another, everything that customers seen in wave 1 was carefully chosen, the human marine figures that were included were picked from an older line of lanard products (Total Soldier V1) The Wayland-Yutani commando was an existing corps mold, and the astronaut was an existing mold from the 2001 star force line.
These were used to offset tooling costs as every single alien was new tooling. To match the price point that was to be offered a budget was agreed on, and the units sold well above projected estimates. There are still plans in place for more 1:18 Licensed offerings, Lanard is working with the license holder as these properties have shared licensing venues that are scheduled. Meaning simply that multiple companies have to offer a varied selection so there is minimal overlapping. For more info on all CORPS! if you have to pay shipping for a discount toy line, someone on the internet says is domestically available, amazon sure as living shit does not count.
"buhwhudabouduh prime members". ok. you're paying 89 bucks a year or 14 bucks a month, and it still doesnt fucking count. domestic means, you walk in to any retail store, pick it off the shelf, walk to a cashier, give them money, and walk out without any extra fees. the 4" aliens line was not half assed. the alien part of that line was superb. |
