The McFarlane figures aren't bad, but I prefer the Mafex line. The "Hush" Batman is probably my favorite Batman figure.

I do as well. I have a good chunk of the comic figures from Medicom and the movie figures from Hot Toys. McFarlane's terrible, I don't know why they get a pass from everyone.

Sorry. Just now seeing this, but yes. He's the Knightfall version. About as close to Aparo Batman as I can get.

Batman Forever wave: Batman, Robin, Riddler, Two-Face Batman Returns wave: Batman (movie accurate costume, not just a repaint), Catwoman, Penguin, Max Schreck Batman wave: Batman, Joker, Bruce Wayne, Jack Napier Batman '89 comic wave: Batman, Harvey Dent, Two-Face, Robin Batman Echoes comic wave: Batman, Scarecrow, Harley Quinn, Batgirl I'd also love Alfred and Commissioner Gordon, and since they were in all four films, they could come in any movie wave.

I wasn't planning on getting any McFarlane figures, but I can't pass up anything with Michael Keaton as Batman. I also preordered the Batman and Robin wave. Seeing those figures has gotten me dreaming about the possibilities...
This is exactly what I want to happen. I sincerely hope the Batman and Robin wave is a sign of things to come. I would go out of my way to get a Keaton as Wayne figure - especially if he comes with a fire poker! I'm not sure how doable Nicholson is. For a long time, you had to go the Hot Toys route if you wanted his Joker. Beast Kingdom put out a pretty cool version last year or so, though, so maybe his likeness is more affordable. Shreck would be amazing.

I think McFarlane is the only game in town when it comes to the wider DCverse. As far as I know, MAFEX has done mainly a few Batverse characters and Superman from the Hush Batman storyline. Anyone here have both the MAFEX and McFarlane Bane that can do a comparison?

I really wish Mcfarlane would do more with the sorta fringe parts of the DC universe
Stuff like Watchmen and Sandman and all the many Vertigo titles I'd kill for a Spider Jerusalem figure That and more artist-specific figures, like Tim Sale Joker or Scarecrow
