McFarlane DC Direct Page Punchers pre-order now. Description says 3" scale. I was hoping 3.75" like Marvel Legends Retro and Star Wars TVC.
I only see Flash, Black Adam, Batman Hush, Superman. |

Yeah that is disappointing. I would love a truer to scale Black Adam. I have the old 3.75 DC Black Adam from the two pack and he sucks.

These're awesome. They remind me of the MEGO Pocket Heroes I had when I was a kid, except better articulated plus a comic. Just wish they'd gone with a classic look first, for Superman (maybe gone with All Star Superman to justify the look).

Yeah, I really like the idea behind these products. I just question how available they will end up being a McFarlane item. With so few kids reading comics anymore, these sorts of things are good to help expand the reach of this content.

I remember a time where comics got kids into toys. This seems to be attempting the opposite, which given Todd's a comic guy who runs a toy company, couldn't be handled by a more capable person. I just hope he's able to get these into big box retailers, bookstores, hell, even grocery stores. Anywhere a kid might be attracted by the toy and stumble upon the comic, because you're absolutely right. Exposure will be the key with these. Thankfully they're inexpensive enough, too.

These will be out for a few months and that will be it. Cant see them gaining any speed. Not with Spinmasters doing their thing.

SpinMaster has the master DC license, so McFarlane pays them, which means they're on board. If Todd's anything, he's stubborn. I bet we see at the very least, a second wave (likely Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, Joker and whoever Todd finds "coolest" to round it out - Aquaman/Captain Marvel/Lex Luthor?).

I'm really looking forward to more waves of Page Punchers since the sculpts look decent and I'm guessing they selected good comic issues reprints to include. I'm hoping the descriptions said 3 inch because they just rounded down the .75.

Pretty sure they are 3 and not 3.75. Been reported as both but 3 is the most common and they look tiny.
