I just wish they hadnt dumbed down the line with the show and comic so much. They should have had larry hama write it and aim it at the same age group of joe. Cops suffered from the same thing that the DIC gi joe series did ( aiming to a much to low age group and dumbing it down to them )

Larry wrote the file cards, they should have had him do that series too. ( anyone who has read larry hamas COPS series which isnt related to this series, knows he can write some great police related stories )

That 3rd series looks interesting especially with the addition of the clown gang. I like how the C.O.P.S. team was going to branch out to other agencies for this series.

Check this prototype out for the unproduced Series 3 crook, Sewer Rat:
