I had a few of the figures. I had Mace, Buttons McBoomBoom, and one or two others. I own the Volume 1 DVD set of the cartoon and just pre-ordered Volume 2 from Shout! Factory's website.

I liked them alot. I watched the cartoon and I enjoyed the Toys. Even as a Child if figured, "Hasbro must be insane. Look how big these guys are... they must cost a LOT more to make than the Joes."

They were cool, and really articulate.

I like them a lot as a kid. Still have a loose Mace floating around somewhere. I thought it was interesting, when G.I. Joe started using C.O.P.S. codenames for the D.E.F. guys.
