It's a hit and a miss with the figure quality.
My deadpools hard except for his lower legs, and that only happened when I put him in warm water to loosen up the gear. |

I actually have not a single problem with the Wolverine Origins line. Ive bought only three of them:
Wolverine (Classic) Deadpool Sabretooth Wolerine's only real problems are the head ball joint (not enough motion. Similar to the original CC's head rotation) and the elbows. Sabretooth is awesome. His legs feel like weaker plastic, but it's not a problem. The head ball joint is much better, giving a full range of motion. The cape stays on better in the hair is on the outside. Deadpool is the best figure. Amazing articulation (no loose joints, plus the chest joint on mine works well), no paint problems (actually no problems on the entire line), though the sword does not fin in the left hand, though the gun can! Plus a working holster! My main problems with Deadpool is the weapon problem and the actual flimsiness of the weapons, though that's a problem with all swords (Horrary Sabretooth) I'd give Deadpool a 9/10, Sabretooth a 8/10, and Wolverine a 7/10. Now gimmie Cyclops! |

Whats sad about this guy, was he was the one that made me decide to give em a try.
The Marvel figures are all over the road as far as quality, sculpt and articulation. |

My DP has no issues and I'm enjoying him thoroughly. Same goes for my Brown/Yellow Wolverine and Blue/Yellow Wolverine.

The MU Hulk fig. poses a problem. Being that he's so big, his legs don't bend as much as other figs. Punisher's head is way to big, DareDevil doesn't come with a billyclub but with nunchucks. I don't understand why Bullseye comes with a gun, also he has cards that are stuck in his hand. Captain America is perfect. Johnny Storm is also spot on. Spider-Man is another one thats just spectacular and amazing, although the SS version is alot more "spidery". I didn't like the Iron Man until I opened it and now I truly dig him. Black Panther and stealth Wolverine are just great.(running out of adjectives) Silver Surfer is also great. All in all...I want 'em all. The biggest problem I have with both lines...is the price. $8.44 is to steep a price for such a small figure with little if any accessories. I can say Hasbro was smart in releasing these figures while the G.I.Joe line seems to be slowing down. Its also good to see alot more figures are going the 3 3/4 route. Now Snake-Eyes and DareDevil can form an alliance together, while Hellboy goes at it in a full brawl against Sabretooth. Obi Wan Kenobi can explain the scematics of a lightsaber to Iron Man, and Captain America can enlist as a reserve in G.I.Joe. The possibilities are endless. My two cents and I'm ooooouuuutttt!

I concur. 3 3/4 is my personal favorite size. Hell in this size we have:
Marvel (Wolverine Origins Movie Included) DC (The Dark Knight included. Jackman's Wolverine vs Eckhart's Two Face anyone?) Star Wars Indy G.I. Joe Plus Transformers don't look THAT bad. I know there is much much more, but I'm excited. Edit: Just remembered Hellboy and Jason Vorhees are in this scale too. Last edited by Drill; 03-10-2009 at 09:05 PM.. |

Oh yeah, I forgot Indy. A few Nazi's and some Russians, and Cap's back in business along with Mr. Jones.

I like the marvel line! But I think the origins face sculps are terrible so DP was the only one I wanted and I am terribly disapointed.
