I have everything up to current, I decided to release the figures from there plastic tombs, and low and behold 1 min into posing spider-mans wrist broke off, WTF!! Hulk can barely stand, he keeps falling over, and sure enough Punishers waist broke. These figures are a joke so I may be selling if anyone is interested. There is no way that a child can play with these figures, and less likely that there will be anything left of these guys in 10 years except for collectors who only display them. How can Hasbro have such a great collection like G.I Joe and Starwars then release this garbage. Very.Sad.

The ONLY problem I've had with any of them is loose joints on Gambit and Deadpool, that's it. NOW.....Mattel's DC Universe is another story. The paint causes the joints to stick and when you work them, even gently, to help the joints release....SNAP!!! I've had this happen to at least six of my figures. And quite a few loose joints as well.

My only QC problems so far have been loose hip joints on the first Iron Man figure and a SW Captain America that had 2 right gloves (luckily I caught this prior to opening and exchanged). I also noticed that the paint apps were hit & miss on the SW packs.

I haven't had any QC problems with any figures, both MU and the SW CPs. Hulk can barely stand? Seriously? I can see some of the other figures not being able to stand on their own, but Hulk's got giant feet to stabilize him. He's perfectly fine posed even with another MU figure in his hand.

Yeah the early SW packs were brutal at times. The latest ones with Hawkeye and Thor are much better though. Of the three targets I hit up, every one of them had great paint apps besides one set where Hawkeye's nose had paint chipped off.

Good news, bad news time:
Got in my Wave Two Spider-man figures. Good news, Rhino looks incredible Bad news, like Venom, his legs only have the hip movement. Also the extra snap on armor, doesn't really snap on. Hasbro used the clear bands to keep it in place and I'm likely to leave them. Good news, the Spider-man figures look great. There are a lot of neat accessories for customizers to use. Bad news, yeah you guessed it, half of them suffer from poor articulation choices, Spider-man figures that you can't pose? The one guy with the punching them, can't even bend his elbows. The sculpts on these figures [Minus Doc Ock] are incredible, sadly it's gonna be the articulation and lack thereof that kill this line. |

Disappointing to say the least. I don't understand why they just can't keep the newer articulation. I mean, they already paved the way with Joes and MU. Spiderman that can't bend his knees? How does that make any sense?
