So, does anyone here collect any Saint Seiya? I don´t really think there will be much fans around. Since Saint Seiya had a huge impact in Argentina while I grew up, a lot of people around my age are really into it.
I´ve been collecting for many years now, I had a big vintage collection and tons of gashapon I decided to sell to assemble my Ban Dai Myth Cloth collection. Along with GI JOE and Marvel Legends, they are sort of my pride I made a custom display on the wall for them. I wanted to share a couple of pics and see if there are any other Seiya fanboys there. So, does anyone else collect any Seiya figures? Show your collections! Thanks! Last edited by supersonicshion; 12-13-2012 at 10:52 PM.. |

Impressive collection. I only watched some of the episodes from Knights Of The Zodiac when it was localized in the US. I liked it a lot. I should have bought a lot of the 8" armored figures at KB Toys years back, they were constantly on clearance and looked cool.
Saint Seiya outside of the USA is HUGE. Some day I will get back into it. |

Those are some beautiful figures. I'd never heard of the show, until I saw this, though:

There are new figures by Tamashii(Bandai Collector's Division) called Saint Cloth EX or Myth Cloth EX or something. While the figures sans armor are scrawny, they are designed to retain excellent articulation even with the armor on, hence the weird proportions. They look great and I would buy some if I was more into the series. |
