Hey, there's a Madelman 2050 Kickstarter campaign on right now!

When I discovered Madelman 2050 on that podcast in my earlier post, it was a 2022 interview with a couple of Spanish collectors about their Spanish-language book on the toyline.

Well, this Kickstarter is to translate into English and update that book for a wider audience. The campaign is by Rod Pellegrini, a familiar name in 1:18 circles, an American Madelman collector and a Spanish speaker.

Am happy to support Rod's efforts here and pledged for a copy, as I really just want to learn more about this cool-looking Madelman toyline that I wish would have been available to me as a kid in the 80s.

I backed this, too, and I ordered the Electro Lagard figure that he was offering a few weeks back. The figure is beautiful, and I'm looking forward to the Serpion add-on for the Kickstarter campaign. Equally excited about the book, too: quality photos of the Madelman 2050 line are weirdly hard to find.
