Too bad half of the people from this thread aren’t around any more.

Surprising how many people the lockdown dredged up from boredom.

I'm sorry if I might be rehashing an old subject or thread here but these vehicles are amazing! My girl and I stumbled across this Apache helicopter yesterday at a thrift store! The box was mangled but the chopper was complete and undamaged. We paid $5. Anyway, who else collects these and are the discontinued vehicles impossible to find? Is there a list of what BBI has made/makes?

I wonder where they all got off too? Facebook probably, seems like everyone is on the book of face these days.

Ahh remember the good old days. $5 Apaches!
Oh Ewok, always missing the point. I think this was my first post in the thread.. I didn't arrive until like page 55. It sure got wild after that. It's so funny I didn't care at *all* about the vehicles originally, I just wanted cool weapons and gear for my 25th GI JOE figures. But I'd bought a ton of vehicles on clearance so I slowly started opening them up.. some things never change I guess. I wonder where they all got off too? Facebook probably, seems like everyone is on the book of face these days. |

I guess it feels like you can have a detached little area on places like this, whereas on Facebook it's just part of everything else.

Funny to see this thread alive. I was just looking at pics of old 21st century and BBI vehicles, hoping we’d seen some new 1/18 vehicles or reissues to pair up with the WWII figures from Marauders. Gone are the days of hoping for a 1/18 Stryker or UH-1D.

I thought you guys were dead. :p
It is too bad BBi has reverted to kiddie-type aesthetics. Plus now they have been relegated to a seasonal item.
