OK, so I have seen these blue helmets around and have no idea where they are from.
I do not recall any GI JOE figure having inline rolling skates. I know what the WHOBIT from yojoe is. Any assistance is appreciated.

I can't remember the name at the moment but Lanard produced a rare set of figures that had skates on their feet. They were just repainted Corps figures with skates I believe but I think the name of the line was different.

No problem man. I think they we're called Roller Warriors. I know for a fact Lanard made some figures called Roller Warriors but the only pics I could find were figures made using original molds. Those skates probably came from the figures that were just repaints though. The ones with the original molds had feet that were skates while the repaints had accessories that attached and are possibly the ones in your picture.

Heh! Just found em. They're called Blade Warriors and those skates do go to them. Here's a site with some pics and stuff. Looks like they're hard to find.

I think the Helmets are from Visionaries Ectar (If they are I think your picture is showing the back of them)
