I may be in this same boat. I used paypal and immediately got billed by the third party company Matty is using. The order shows up in my account at Matty.com, but it says Order Pending Payment and has said that since I placed the order.

Guess I need to call and be prepared to control my anger as well.

I just got my Lobo and Greyskull today. It came from Ontario, CA and I payed using paypal but it seems like a lot of people are having trouble with Mattycollector but its a new site so I am sure it will take time to work out the kinks. Hopefully they do by the time MOTUC He-Man is up
