Will probably buy the box set at one place and pick up the normal face hellboy at TRU.. have these hit other retail stores yet?

no, they are the same, but like I said, there is a variant single pack Hellboy at TRU that has a normal loking, closed mouth face. I don't have him yet, so no pictures, sorry
