This has been the one thing driving me nuts about my hobby...I can't find cases anywhere!
Current Joe/SW stuff is no prob..but what about carded Toy Biz figures? TMNT? Other "off scale" figures. I can't believe I cant find a larger size "shell" to throw these things in and stick up on my wall...drives me nuts! |

i know this thread is kinda old, does anyone have a update on this? im looking to shell alot of my vintage gi gjoes, funskool, imports and etc. looking for the best price in bulk. im not sure if i should get starcase 1 or 2, i know 2 is a little deeper i think. would 2 be the better option just to be safe? i have a variety of joes and other toys
these 2 places look good, shipping is alot though http://www.mcssl.com/store/protechpr...7d94832a14921a http://www.collectingwarehouse.com/P...Action-Figures this stuff is so confusing it says it fits 6 by 9 figures, but my battle corp gi joes are 6 by 10 when i measure them so will they fit or do those not fit in cases. i hate to buy 60 bucks worth and it not fit half the stuff haha Last edited by MelodicMizery; 02-12-2014 at 05:10 AM.. |

alright i have a update for any future people trying to find info on this. i went ahead and ordered a bunch of these cases and heres the conclusions
i bought 25 protech cases from Action Figure Cases - Protech Products Inc. these cases are 8.5 x 5.5 after getting them they did not fit any of the joes i had here which are my india joes, battle corp, ninja joes, and 2 old ones. it didnt fit anything it was just slightly to small. i still have to test if itll at least fit my newer joes in the blue packaging or the double pack joes hopefully. these are suppose to be more for marvel figures i guess. so as of right now i have 25 cases that dont fit anything. so i should of went with this other site. i thought the dimensions were the same but they arent. i should of went with this site Protech Star Cases they are 6 x 9 which are slightly bigger which i think would be just enough for the gi joes to fit. total they both come out to the same price with shipping. the reason i chose the first site is because the series 2 has a bigger depth, which are sold out on the 2nd website. unfortunately i should of went with the smaller depth because my figures would of fit. i guess ill spend another 50 bucks to buy the right ones. and resell these on ebay if they dont fit anything i have. they did throw in one extra which is nice. but they stacked them so tight together that im having a hard time prying them apart. i will make another post if these cases fit my other toys they are at my other house |

well to add to that last one the protech cases didnt fit any gi joe i had at all. i ended up using them for some crappy diecast cars that are already damaged bad.
i give up im just going to sell everything. trying to take care of this crap is a nuisance |
