As crazy as it seems, the Indy figures do sell and very well at that. I visited Meijers every week for the past month looking for Joes, and that was right when the shelf was stuffed full of Indy stuff, next week it was almost all gone, next week shelves stuffed again, and now it seems to be selling at a slower yet reasonable rate.
I debated the Russian Troopers today when I couldn't find any joes, but was turned away by the Russian General's massive arms and hat, and the 8.99 price tag per figure! Come on the 2-packs are 10.99 sometimes 9.99. I think they knew about the Oktober Guard demand and didn't put them in a 2-pack for that reason. |
