Here is my recipe for Boneless Buffalo wings
Ingredients:
Cut up the boneless chicken breasts into bite size chunks and set aside. Combine flour, paprika and cayenne pepper in a good size bowl, mix well and evenly coat chicken. Place coated chicken in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Place butter in a small sauce pan. On low heat melt butter half way. Add black pepper, garlic salt and hot sauce. Cook on low until butter is melted and all ingredients are well blended. Remove from heat. This is also a good time to cut you your celery because wings without ranch and celery just isn't right. After the hour is up remove your chicken from refrigerator and fry in a pan using your choice of cooking oil on medium high heat until browned. Remove the chicken and place on a plate with a paper towel to dry. Coat or toss chicken with sauce and serve with ranch and celery. |

Being from Buffalo I applaud your use of Franks! It sickens me when Buffalo wing recipe's call for Tabasco. No one uses Tabasco for wings in Buffalo.
