This one hurts me...both are really big wants but the Hydro-Viper is a little higher on my all-time Top Cobra list (#5, while T.A.R.G.A.T.'s #9).

Yeah - gotta echo how absolutely terrible this choice set was. I had Hydro Viper though and despite having played with TARGAT and seen him up close from my step-brother's possession, gotta go with my figure from the deep.

This was a veritable Sophie's Choice for me...I still love ya though TARGAT.

I had the TARGAT as a kid and loved it, but looking at it now, I would probably pass on him, and the HYDRO-VIPER is so cool looking.

I can accept an army of hired mercenaries to strike up conflicts over the globe, more than I can accept a genetically altered diver. Going with the IG TARGAT.
