It feels pretty early for Serpentor. The Joes and Cobras are barely formed, the transformers element is in it's infancy, we've got Cobra La getting involved,etc. I'd think they would move those storylines forward first before adding more.

That is in the new Energon universe. Issue 310 in this thread regarding the Serpentor clones is still the Larry Hama ARAH run.

Seems amazingly fast to still be able to alter a comic that I would assume had been finished and off in the queue to the printers. But I will take your word for it.

The resolution with the Cobra Cop still seems off. I am fine with Dawn saving the cop and showing she really is a hero. Having the cop not believe in heroes and try to run off from the Joes in fear of his life would be more in character than suddenly deciding to get revenge on the smug kid. Having him mouthing off to the Joes as he fled into a squad of mutants may have been more satisfying. Or even stuck around being a jerk for an issue or two. I guess there is a lot going on in these issues, a cliffhanger was needed for #309, and it got quickly resolved and the story moves on.

I just want to point out that #310 was the number of issues I argued for years in favor of ending the series at. It doubles the numbering of the first half of ARAH. This is a milestone number, more so than 300 was.

Now let's go! Time to enter the third half of ARAH.
