When the ARAH cartoon came out on DVD in the footlocker set, it came with a USB dog tag that had two comic books on it in both Flash and JPG format. The same dog tag was also sent out as a promo with G.I. Joe: The Movie on bluray at one point. They were both six pages each, both silent, and divided between Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow. I was trying to look at them the other day and the JPGs are all corrupted. I took it to a data recovery service and they said they were irretrievable.
Does anyone have the 12 JPGs that they could share with me again? I can send a picture of my USB with my username next to it or something. I’m not trying to get something I don’t own legitimately. Alternately, is there some other place where they have been reprinted? Please help! |

I'd love to see those, too.
Speaking of lost comics, does anyone have the images to the Kung-Fu Grip comics: https://news.hisstank.com/2007/06/20...host-story-608 The Hasbro link no longer works. |

Here you go:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folde...usp=drive_link Individual jpg images of the 2 comics are in the download folder. The individual jpg images for Snake Eyes are all there. partial (almost complete) data loss for pages 2, 4, and 7. But, if you have a flash player on your computer, you can download an exe file from the GIJOE PC folder that will play both comics on flash, and they both looked complete through that. The GIJOE MAC folder looks to have a flash player and individual files to download. I've never done anything with Macs, so I don't know, didn't touch them. Feel free to download the files and/or pass the link around. Backups are cheap, data loss is forever. |

Thanks I’ll see what I can do with these. I couldn’t get the Flash file to work on my Windows PC from my own dog tag.
Edit: Without sounding unappreciative, does anyone have the files in a complete, uncorrupted state? Do we have any inkling if these are meant to be in ARAH continuity, or they just in the same unspecific world as some of the later (non-25A) comics that were included with action figures? Honestly can't remember where I got these from (they were most certainly saved from either a fan site or a message board years ago), but I think these are complete:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1KNV...ew?usp=sharing Does anyone know if the Silent Prelude story from the Snakes Eyes Declassified hardcover was ever reprinted anywhere? I was hoping it would have been in the reprint of ARAH #21 from IDW (the "Complete Silence" one shot). |

Thank you! That's definitely them!
I'm still wondering about these files, though, like if Hama wrote them and if they are meant to be ARAH or just, like so many bonus comics, just their own thing. As far as I know, "Silent Prelude" was only in the Snake Eyes: Declassified TPB/HC. I've never seen it reprinted. |

That thought had occurred to me based on Snake Eyes' costume (the damn lips!), but it seems odd that they would bundle that with a set by Shout Factory. I just find these kinds of questions interesting.
