My favorite comic book writer is Chris Claremont. There was a special something about his writing that elevated it--it was magical. Now? I hate to say this, but he's lost his magic. It's not the same. He's past his prime. The early ARAH issues have that magic. Fast forward to today, and I think the situation with ARAH is the same as with Claremont.

Hey, I just bought a couple of prints from the artists for the cover of ARAH 265. I think they they look pretty cool.

Destro's hands and forearms were replaced with nano tech after Cobra Commander's attack on his Scottish castle.
He held up an archway while the Baroness and several Iron Grenadiers escaped but unfortunately his heroics caused him to lose his arms. issue 225.

Thanks Skinny. I'm very eager to reread this half of the series. Most of these new issues I've only read once and I definitely don't remember that.
