Does anyone know if these sales figures, including the claims of 10% down (industry) and 91% down (IDW), include digital sales? I haven't bought a physical comic in years...
BTW, #249 was AWESOME! I hope that whatever IDW has planned for Netho Diaz, it is part of the ARAH cannon--Larry's universe is the only one I'm interested in. |

But they're not twins and they never were. The whole point to Zandar is the forgotten middle child thing. So why would he just add that in out of the blue because one or two fans want it for some reason? That would make zero sense. I wouldn't acknowledge your request either. If you want it your way go to Burger King.
The thing I like most about GI Joe ARAH is it's LARRY HAMA'S story. He's to the point now where it seems like he just writes what he wants and doesn't care if people like it. I'll be sad if Firefly goes but I'm excited to see what happens. Last edited by B and H Comics; 02-28-2018 at 07:56 PM.. |

The best case scenario is if Larry leaves it ambiguous and unsaid. That way, you can think of Zandar as the middle sibling, I can think of them as twins, and I don't have to hear how they're not, forever. (You guys know, once Hama firmly establishes Zandar & Zarana aren't twins, you'll never let me forget it.) Quote:

As a comics reader, historically I've never paid attention to the writing or artist credits. I follow characters and stories rather than any particular person. Hama treats GI Joe like it's a creator owned, and private, fiction. It's not. He has job security because he's written it for donkey's years. GI Joe belongs to all of us, and was created and fleshed out by many people, not just one.

This is amazing! We're getting a ZANDAR figure! ZANDAR featured prominently in the Cobra Commander series! Character development! It's a great time to be a Zandar fan! Thank you, Hasbro!!! Last edited by Dreadnok Twins; 03-01-2018 at 03:14 AM.. |

Thanks Tom. Looking forward to the next few issues of ARAH. Netho is a very dynamic artist and it was good to see Firefly. Peace.

Oh this is one of my favorite things! There ARE less toy commercials in the title and I don't care. However you can watch him really savor things like the variety of Vipers, Red Shadows, and obscure Joes. Remember the issue with all the various Hiss tanks? That's him having fun and not being mandated. Love it.
