Have you contacted the bank that handles your credit card to see if there's a problem with your account? Otherwise, why not just have them shipped to the correct billing address? Or is BBTS saying they won't take the right address now?

They must be slammed with this Joe sale. I bought a case of Cobra Island sets, a Para-Viper, and a Torch/Ripper comic pack on Wednesday. It finally shipped today. Very unlike BBTS. They're usually spot-on.

bbts is not saying much at all, they are just like oh well the addresses dont match tough sh*t. this is my old account that im about to close so it only had about what these figs cost in it.
therefore with the funds pending i cant do squat true usually they are great. but i have found that when there is a problem, there customer service via email is a little slow and not very effective |

That is very unlike BBTS. I'm going to pick up a Cobra Island set myself soon and then have my current Pile of Loot sent. I guess I'll get my loot whenever.

Hurm.. I placed an order on Friday and didn't give much thought to it, figuring it'd ship Monday, or today at the latest. Just checked it when I read this thread and it's reading "Order is paid and is waiting to enter the warehouse.
Which is a bit alarming considering some of the items in my order have since sold out.... I'll see about calling tomorrow and see what I can find out.

They are an internet company. They are just trying to cover their asses. Because you are not there to swipe your credit card, you have to provide certain card data to prove you are the card holder. In addition to the card number, some processors will require the street address and zip code to match the credit card's billing address. BBTS may have no control over this. If you can't or won't provide your credit card billing address, your card WILL NOT go through. What's the problem? Most places will ship to a different address, as long as you can provide the correct one. Do you not know your billing address? Even if they will only ship to the billing address, as some places will because of potential credit card fraud, why would you have your credit card bills going to an address you do not have access to? Things like this are a red flag for an internet company. I garentee they have lost money because of card fraud. They are not stupid, so they do not want to loose more. When a stolen card is used for an internet order, it is the company who looses out, not the credit card companies and not the card holders. If you want to order online, you have to play by the rules and provide this info, if you don't you look like a scammer in the eyes of the credit card processor, so your card declines.

I'm not sure either. Maybe the card has a different home address? I'd call the card company to be sure. Is it a debit card? I know I seem to have problems using my debit card.
Usually BBTS is great and fast. But sometimes if you let the pile of loot build up too long they take longer to ship your stuff out. like 3 or 4 days versus same day. |

You have an account with BBTS?
i have never had a CC/Debit Card problem with them, even the rare times when i shipped items to a different address. their customer service has been great to me. i hope they resolve your problem soon and you get your order
