Not once had I said anything negative about the film nor it's plot. I was pointing out the hypocrisy. Read people.

Gen. Hawk in the movie trailer is asked who they were, he said, "I didn't".
The fact that the camoflage pattern says G.I. Joe is ridiculous as it is supposed to be a top-secret hush/hush elite organization of the best of the best within the military proves the point. Why announce who they are with the special designer camoflage fatigues and blow their cover? |

Except there is no hypocrisy. Or at least you have completely failed to provide proof of it. One more time (since you keep ignoring it) - If they only wear the "Joe Jammies" in the Pit or around other people that already know about them, there's no hypocrisy involved. Maybe -you- need to read.

Exactly. I've read all the US Joe comics, couple times through. Again, as has been stated over and over, the Joe vehicles had the name all over them (even in the comics). So it doesn't matter if they were hush-hush for the first couple of years, driving the vehicles around in public (which they did) seems to negate the whole "hush-hush" thing. Heck, if the movie Joes only wear 'em in the PIT, then they're doing a better job then the comic Joes ever did. And how is the dog tag comment an insult? It was meant to show that you still go out with identification on you, regardless of if it can be easily/readily removed, it's still on you when you go out.
