Last time I checked I don't play Baseball. I did play football all throughout high school, but that's a story for another time. LOL

Flint hasn't aged well.
They are doing better headsculpts (Falcon aside) in the more recent figures and they are doing a better job of not overdesigning things like the armor or the gear. If Flint were in a wave today, he would have a better weapon, less shin guards, and a better head.

Negatives:
- Neck is as wide as his head - Nonsensical primary weapon - Nerf pistol - Those damn shin-guards - That damn holo-communicator - Duke arms - No backpack - Body armour (combined with narrow head) makes the figure look really barrel-chested Positives: - Colour palette is mostly on-point - Primary weapon is at least an actual gun and not some kind of phaser - Retooled upper torso - Beret fits nicely and is appropriately sized to his head - No obnoxious LEDs - Unlike Duke, his armour isn't 90% cosmetic Final score: 5/10

He has a couple of action figures in his collection. Interesting theory, I'll add. Flint had a lot of potential that Duke kneecapped. Renegades probably made the best use of his character.

Flint would never be allowed to rise above Duke, unlike how Duke sidelined Hawk and Stalker. Flint bumped him from the Sunbow intro, but that was about it.

You sure? Flint Dille said he put Flint in the limelight every chance he got, and Duke might as well have not existed in the Marvel comics up until about 1991 (allegedly Larry Hama disliked the character).

Hama disliked Duke, yes. Not sure how far FD's influence of Flint reached, but by season 2, Hawk and Slaughter were running the show. Renegades made Flint more of a dunce. Resolute used Flint well, but again as a subordinate to Duke. DDP made Flint more like Jack Bauer. I haven't kept up completely with IDW but I can't remember Flint leading the ARAH Joes in the way that Duke has/did. Popularly, they're probably an equal match but storywise, Duke gets the advantage.
