I like the revisited Indy. Kinda brings to mind the old Kenner Indy "doll" I had as a kid. Is there a "decent" Indy headsculpt with stubble? I swear I used to have a figure where he was dressed as a bad guy and had a grayish 5 o'clock shadow.
Also, General Warhawk has got me wondering if he's kin to Brad Turner from M.A.S.K. |

Thanks guys. I tried to add more details this time around. Gave me an excuse to break out the chrome pen again too. Quote:

Probably the shades.....or maybe Brad joined M.A.S.K. to atone for his father's sins. Or probably b/c I used the same Marauder head on both customs. I figured the chromed out Warhawk glasses had a Superman effect and nobody could tell

I know it is a rarity for me to make Joe customs, but around May, June and July every year I start taking a look at my ME Joe collection and decide if their are figures I want to add through making a custom or just improve upon.
I started a little early this year since Spartan118 has some of the Classified heads in ME scale. I always liked Duke but we never got a really good classic Duke in this scale. I've made a few changes. He isn't perfect, but I think he is an improvement. I switched the tiny 25th head with the Classified sculpt and changed out the horrible lower arms with Marauder ones. With his girl....yes from the cartoon don't give me that comic book Snake Eyes garbage

And....two more. My obvious favorite Flint gets a head swap with a sculpt from Spartan118 though it isn't Classified, with new lower arms from Marauders and hands from an Eagle Force figure. Lady Jaye has a Classified head sculpt.

I have to admit. Duke looks better with a square jaw and no teeth showing. The original 3-3/4" figure reminded me of the "sparkle tooth" Lyle Waggoner from the Wonder Woman TV show. Is it okay to ask why M-J-J is your time to annually reflect on the Joes?
Scarlett made her choice in the Resolute cartoon. My childhood best friend and I attend Joecon (which is no more) and now JoeFest every year in June so I always take stock of what ME Joes I have and what I want to add knowing I'm heading to a convention where I can pick up figures or custom parts. I look over them in May and normally after attending in June I return with new figures or parts to make new figures. I work on the customs then in June and into July so then taking pictures and posting them usually leads me into July.
