Hi gang! Here is a link to yet another unboxing post...this one by yours truly. I included photos of the decal sheets and instructions.

On the one hand, with Ripcord. I like that I'll probably never have to worry about his air mask or chute straps breaking. But then again, they are so soft that they don't hold shape. Both of them just lay flat and don't look quite look right. The mask and chute feels like the same material my keybard cover is made out of.
I half suspect they'll send out replacements of Scarlett's crossbow. Or they'll stick a corrected version of it in with the next two pack or vehicle figure. I need some advice. Seeing so many issues with the landing gear, elbows and missing stickers. Should I open my extra Skystrikers and make sure they are all shipshape. Or should I leave them sealed up? |

They stay open, unless I put pressure of them. Like pretending to roll and take off. The rear gears collapse, front gear stays down though. Front gear closes all the way and the cover doesn't drag the ground. No issues with them randomly collapsing if it's sitting still. Although I've mostly had the Skystriker on it's stand, I've maybe had it sitting on the gear for all of three hours since I got it Friday.

So I cracked open all 3 Skystriker boxes, and removed all 21 carded figures. Gave them all a once over. All 21 look pretty good. Some nicks on a few of the cards, but nothing major. Figures all look pretty good. One of the 3 Scarletts might have a tricky elbow, but hard to say for sure with it still in the package. Overall everything was packed REALLY well. This is a REALLY nice set, that comes with a ton of shit, for the price. I'm very happy so far, but I haven't even put the jet together yet.

I just completed assembly. I dig it. Canopy isn't flush 100% but no biggie. Front landing gear cover hangs open just a hair. If you keep it on wheels rather than the stand, don't roll it too much. It's on my stand and that's where it's staying anyways. 4.7 outta 5 for me. Cheers!

You know with all the QC issues Hasbro is seeing with Victory Saber and the Sky Striker, I hope it doesn't put a sour taste in their mouth. I would hate for the Haslab concept to close up shop.
Then again it may not be as wide spread as we all think because you tend to hear about the negatives far more than you hear about the positives. |

I am enjoying opening he figures. It makes me wish they were doing more new and original o-ring figures though. They really should do Pythona and re-release Big Lob and some other Sunbow and Marvel comic-based o-rings. Would also love to see them do concept type figures like Blowtorch in his brown and green, etc.
Hope your back is doing better Katana.

The front landing gear gear hatch hangs open just a hair. Just posting lil things I noticed. Minor thing. All in all, I really like it
