The VAMP seems better suited as a retail release. Barebones, no gimmicks and maybe no driver? This would have appeal to any 6" figure collector if priced correctly. A classified Dragonfly would be pretty exciting. Large but not too large (the dragonfly with the two props is very narrow for display and shipping). It's also a helicopter and there aren't many good examples of choppers in 1:12. It'd make for some amazing photos and dioramas. Throw in wild bill, operating winch, optional weapons pods, alt stickers (army build), etc. I think this over the Mobat...but the Mobat would have lots of appeal as well, especially if they designed it to seat 3 or so figures.

To quote Action Media Reviews we (the consumers,) aren't Hasbro)'ls customers per se. The retailers are. With that being said, does Walmart, Target, Walgreens, GameStop, Toys 'R Us (in Canada,) want to devote the space for those items?
LOL! Bruh, even if it was an r.c. dudes would still have a very hard time paying $350 for a dune buggy. At $350 for the A.W.E. Striker that would have to have a "hellified," initial offering and be on par with this. https://www.amazon.com/ARRMA-FIRETEA...35258635&psc=1 and I am not saying that a 350 dollar Awe Striker would be worth it or on par with anything.. that isn't the point. Just like Articulate Ninja pointed out in the video you posted. The point is people would pay it. |

Agree with everyone suggesting Clutch + VAMP + A Towable as the base package. If the do MMS, would want to see a green shirt Hawk as either early-bird or tier add-in.

What about a Vamp vs Stinger package for the Haslab? Same mold reuse, don't have to go overboard with extras, great for army building. This way you scratch the itch for both Joe and Cobra fans.

I would personally be let down if the next Classified HasLab was a VAMP and some kinda combo of towables and figures. I think that is beneath a HasLab slot. I like to dream big...like a WHALE with Cutter.

I didn't think the Skystriker was going to fund, I'm holding to my thought the only reason it did was two reasons:
O-ring figures on cards & It's the concept of being the big flagship item to restart the o-ring line so completionists needed to pick it up; however, now that o-ring has flopped the jet the only good one off for new product If it weren't for the carded figures and the idea that many more were coming, i would not have backed it. I already have a bunch of Skystrikers and I dont want another |

The more I think about it, the more I think a VAMP with Clutch and some green-shirts would make for a successful HASLAB. Cobra has army-builders, but Joe doesn't... If they introduced the first Joe Army-builder through a HASLAB, it would probably fund just as quickly as the HISS

Guess for a VAMP to be successful, it cant be $350, there isnt that kind of value in a Jeep and figure, the stretch goals would have to be incredible, one way it could be that price is its not just the VAMP and Clutch but also include a Whirlwind, HAL or MMS towable weapons as well as Troop builder (Green shirt, Steel Brigade), same with a Stinger and Driver, to offer any value to a $350 price tag you need the include an ASP cannon then have pretty good stretch goals (Cobra Bazooka Trooper, Techno-Viper)
