John McClane & Michael Knight are two more fantastic additions! Both scream 80?s!
Excellent job on John, love that you went all in on the original look with the bare feet. Did a great job on the tank top, really like the cuts you made in the sculpt to give it a real world look. Then another perfect paint job on the head. Michael Knight, just another where you really captured the unique look of the outfit. Then again, the head looks awesome. Love the belt buckle.....now we just need a scaled KITT! The Group shots of the cops and then Captain Power & the Centurians are always highlights of this thread and these are two groups that are so much fun to see together! As always, super jealous when I see these groups and think of the awesome displays you could make with them.

WOW! Michael Knight came out amazing!
In terms of a scaled KITT, I came across this model kit a while ago: https://www.hobbylinc.com/mpc-1982-p...8-scale-858-06 It's sold out at the moment--which sucks because even though I've never made a model car before, I needed one for a non-Knight Rider project I was doing--but it says 1/18th scale and it might work. I don't know if you'd have to modify it to look exactly like KITT, but it's a start. |

Still looks great overall. More accurate than the '80s figure.

The group shots were the coner stone of this whole project I need to bring those back more often. Quote:

Another team up that would have been absolutely insane as a crossover growing up! Such a cool group of customs too. Think Murdoch is my favorite custom from the group. They are all awesome but he?s one you just don?t see many people make.
Then ranking the shows for me, probably the A-Team, Knight Rider and then the Duke?s. Been so long since I?ve watched any episodes from them though so I wonder if that ranking would hold up today.

Flint rocks, these are TOTALLY AWESOME.
QUOTE=Flint_rocks;5530324]In addition to getting Riggs and Murtaugh and John McClane added to the project I set up a shot with two line I would have loved to see crossover as a kid as both were set in the future and Lord Dread and Doc Terror would have worked together perfectly. Captain Power and Centurions [/QUOTE] |
