Thanks again, everyone. I’m really happy with how it turned out and honestly, it wasn’t too much work at all. The Grid Iron Studios accessory pack was put together to do exactly what I did. Speaking of, because I chose to remove the vest from the figure, I didn’t have a “logical” place to stick the rifle holster on his back. I actually think it’s better on the bike; similar to how motorcycle cops in my city have rifles mounted to their motorcycles.

For me, Breaker was a natural for the RAM, but that probably had to do with my personal collection as a kid. My Breaker was one of the first figures I had with both thumbs broken off (which is weird because he did not have any weapons) so his role was riding on the bike. When classified Breaker came with the RAM, it was something I didn't even question. After reading your post I had to rethink how media supported it and you are totally right.
All that said, your custom version of RockNRoll is amazing. Great job! I would like to see Hasbro release him this well.

I bought an extra to do this Rock n’ Roll project. As my real life garage proves, there’s always room for one more motorcycle. In fact, I want to do some accessory additions and modes to Breaker to finish him out and bring him a little closer to his 1982 origins. Last edited by Julius Downey; 05-23-2022 at 03:08 AM.. |
