Even then, I thought it was unusual we got two high end vehicles while GIJoe was on limited run under the DTC line |

I was lucky enough to snag 2 each of all 4 DTC vehicles (the above 2 + Night Ops Humvee and DTC HISS) for super cheap from a mall toy-shop when they were closing out after the holidays. They're all awesome.

They're likely two of the greatest vehicles released, the RHINO was re-released under the ROC line, the ROCC got re-issued under the Sigma 6 line so check out listings for those too
Even then, I thought it was unusual we got two high end vehicles while GIJoe was on limited run under the DTC line Shame we'll probably never see them again with production moving to Vietnam |

Comic Pack Cover Girl is superb. Works well with the vintage figures too.
Valor vs Venom CC. The only version of that I didn't like was the one with the swappable masks. Casual Destro. The man knows how to rock a turtleneck. Still like the Neo Vipers. Their arms are wonky like so many other figures in this era, but they make good background troopers and cannon fodder. Love the Hiss IV.

What's the reasoning we won't see them with production moving, is it the cost or did something happen to the molds? |

I'm pleased I picked up everything in the DTC line except for the last figures that got released under the Collectors Club, I'm disappointed I didn't pick up the re-colored RHINO under ROC or the ROCC in the Sigma 6 era though
What's the reasoning we won't see them with production moving, is it the cost or did something happen to the molds? Exports from China, where the molds MOST LIKELY are held, are now subject to higher taxes/tariffs. At some point, Joe production moved to Vietnam with all-new molds. The ONLY exception is the HISS, which had just been used in the Walmart Retro line. It was transported to Vietnam, but it had been recently located and refurbished and was ready to use. The costs to locate, test, refurbish, and ship a lot of very heavy molds are significant, so Hasbro seems to be leaving old molds in China and making everything else new. |

If I'm not mistaken the Retro HISS & Awe-Striker were the original molds Hasbro has used for years, could explain why the FANG's mold was not the original one though.
