I grew up on O-rings, love the detail of 1:12, but to me, 1:18 is perfect. You get some of the detail of 1:12, but the scale for potential vehicles like o-ring.

Vintage o-ring for me its what i had as a kid so it will always win! I look at it as why would i buy a newer figure when i could get a vintage ive been wanting to add to my collection! I recently sold all of my Classified ( I had every one of them ) to finance my vintage addiction!

Honestly if Super7 had been allowed to do O-ring, for me that would have been the best possible scenario, but this is OK too.
I'm also sad ME isn't getting any love, but even more concerned for the ME folks that they are being served by Hiya. They don't have a great track record according to that thread. It would have been good to see Hasbro maybe flip-flopping between O-ring and ME every year or so to let everyone's bank accounts relax a bit. |

I think Marauder figured out the best formula: o-ring pose-ability and aesthetic without an actual o-ring that would age and tear. I hate the modern era mid-torso cut. It looks awful and when you put a vest on the figure, it loses 75% of its pose-ability. Just a very stupid design

I'm not a fan of the chest-cut either. I'm intrigued...

Yes waist ball joint. You can even look at them on their website when browsing male legs with waist.
