Finally we get an issue that is both well-written *and* well-drawn. Very enjoyable issue. Very Special Missions. I haven't heard of artist Kewber Baal, but this is the best drawn ARAH issue since Dan Shoening's one off.
Speaking of Shoening, the letters page teases the new G.I. Joe Saturday Morning Adventures series, which I'm pretty excited about! Only four issues, but I'll take what I can get! |

As I have said in other posts, Hama does a much better job with the smaller group adventures than with his larger arcs.

I couldn't agree more. This was a good all around issue. Solid art, decent story. I've been highly critical of the last few years of RAH but this was a good issue.

Very excited to see our rocket wielding co-star. He's a childhood favorite of mine who never got developed.
Good issue. Nice to learn more about Falcon.

It's great to get Hama's take (aside from the file card) on Falcon. Not insubordinate; not an addict -- just a lethal Green Beret.

So the events of this issue take place right before issue 60. An unexpected backstory of Falcon, and to some extent Fastdraw and Law & Order.
