Thanks man. I wish I had gotten Niko finished before the pictures were taken.
I enjoy doing the tiered lists as seeing all of the great 80s properties together in one scale was the purpose behind the project to start with. Glad you're still liking the thread. It has slowed down quite a bit recently as real life is getting in the way of custom time.

These are really fantastic. Must have required a tremendous amount of time/effort/skill. Though I'm quite surprised Evil-Lyn isn't considered to be top-tier. Oh, and what about Dr Blight (of "Captain Planet and the Planeteers")? A case could also be made for bumping Vanessa Warfield up a level. As well as for Shadow Weaver (or even Catra) in Tier 2.
Plus, personally speaking, 5 seems maybe a bit low for Madame-O, while 4 rather high for Pythona. In fact, what is the criteria, actually? I'm assuming April O'Neil & Janine Melnitz are ineligible, but where's Princess Allura? Also, Mirage is missing from the "COPS 'n Crooks" cohort. I was going to mention Hexadecimal from "ReBoot", too (before re-reading the title of the thread). BTW, if you are running low on suitable candidates for future customs, how about "Golden Girl and the Guardians of the Gemstones"? The "enemy forces"/"fashions" (in particular) look amazing, imo. Dragon Queen, Moth Lady, Wild One and Vultura are all several steps above/beyond vintage MOTU (Teela, Evil-Lyn, Sorceress and/or any of the "Princesses of Power").

No, no character is off the table, but time and money that goes into making the figures does restrict how many I can make in a certain time frame. Life and my actual career tend to take away from my custom time quite a bit. I've recently been swamped at work and therefore I haven't touched a custom in almost a month. I've made nearly 20 COPS customs and no matter how many I make...I always get "You forgot this person or you are missing this person". Again time and money and personal choice of making my favorites play a role. I do plan to get to Mirage eventually but this has been an ongoing project for over a year and half and each custom takes quite a bit of time and as I pointed out real life gets in the way quite a bit. As far as Madame O if you are a Bionic 6 fan which I am that is low as a casual cartoon watcher most people have never heard of Bionic 6 and have no idea who she is. Pythona simply being tied to Joe makes her well known and being in the GI Joe movie is a big part of her ranking. Again though my tiered list isn't the gospel by any means and I do like hearing input from other people. My criteria when doing the tiers: 1. Did the show they were on get a full season (65 episodes) 2. Did they have an action figure in the 80s 3. Do people that didn't grow up in the 80s recognize who they are 4. Can someone who didn't grow up in the 80s not just kind of remember them but remember their name and something about them Those are the main things I think about. So KAT from Rambo meets 1 and 2 but lots of people didn't even know Rambo had a cartoon and don't know who she is. So no way she could make the top tiers. Madame O falls into that category as well. Thundercats, He-Man and GI Joe are known properties even outside of the 80s so that goes into my thinking. Is it perfect...no not even close. Just the things I consider. Someone else could take the same characters and put them in different tiers and be correct also. It's just something fun to do really. Always open to suggestions so I appreciate you adding those ideas at the end. Thanks for checking out the thread. There are some other tiered lists in the thread too if you get a chance to check them out. Thanks as always buddy!

Brother, I don't recognize half of the female figures you've created there, being very narrow in my collecting taste, but the ones I do know are easily identifiable, and well done! The ones I don't know look great, too, but I am nostalgic for the characters of the '80s and '90s that I do know that are in your display. Great work, as always, and always a fun trek looking through your thread here!
