There is nothing to compare. Rattler was a tank killer and a great idea from Hasbro R&D to use the A10- Fairchild. The Night Raven was a spy plane with a few missiles for anti aircraft guns. I had them both and love them both. They are two completely different aircraft with different roles.

I did, LOL I said I'd want them both!
Rattler was much more practical to pay with as a low flying tank killer. But was fragile as all hell. I was always afraid using the VToL feature. Night Raven was beautiful and well built but I never knew what to do with it other than use the drone to deliver a BAT behind Joe's lines and lauch a few SAMs to weaken Joe's artillery.

I never even tried to drop that landing gear on the Rattler. Was one of the few easily broken parts that I did not have to replace on my restoration.

Just give me a Condor, but I wish it had been in black or a blue instead of white. Kinda an obvious here I am plane in white.

I'll go with the Firebat myself. It was cheap and easy to get (if you went for the mail-away or 25th Anniversary versions), compact and well armed for the size. Basically the Joeverse version of a TIE fighter. Fun to swoosh around and came with the pilot. I'd love to see it released in Cobra blue or black or grey for the Retro line (I know one of the movie lines had a remold of it in light blue but I think that was for the Joe side?).

I liked them both equally generally overall as toys, perhaps the Raven edging higher as a better toy.
The Rattler was a ground attack vehicle while the Night Raven was an untouchable attack fighter that would swiftly eliminate the Skystrikers with absolute impunity due to its advanced missiles, speed and stealth. By the the time the Conquest came around Cobra had the Python version, so nothing much changed in my battles. The Condor was usually a stealth bomber role that needed Hurricane or liquidator support. The Night Raven remained basically the only Cobra aircraft that could down the Phantom but it lacked proper armament for a dogfight but did have the drone.
