But if anyone can do it, it's Marauder. Hasbro certainly can't.

I'm a little surprised that there has been no mention of the ARVN on this kickstarter.
The Army of the Republic of Vietnam were the ground forces of the South Vietnamese military, and would fit nicely into this collection. I suppose that the ANZAC (Australian and New Zealand Army Corps) could be added, but their uniforms would look so much like those already offered and unlocked thus far, that it might be easier for customers to build their own ANZAC soldiers.

So, uh; women didn't go out in-field to work as Medics, did they? They would all have been back with the MASH unit or whatnot, and thus would use a mask while operating on a dude; am I right?
So, can we get a swappable masked head for her? |

Yes to ARVN and other South Vietnamese troops.
On that note, this Kickstarter would be a great opportunity to give us some size diversity in the line. Here is a pic of a Special Forces advisor with a platoon of Montagnards (highlanders). Please note that these are not children he’s training, they are grown men. |

Does anyone sell 1:18 Hueys and PT Boats? I know it seems ridiculous but the only way I go in for this Kickstarter is if I can get those iconic vehicles.

More likely you're thinking of a PBR (Patrol Boat, Riverine) like the Erebus, from 'Apocalypse Now'. Those are very expensive. A 1:18 scale radio controlled PBR boat by Pro Boat costs $249.99 Terry Dunn modified his even further and created this masterpiece.

The PT boat was a motor torpedo boat, probably much too large for what you're thinking of.
