Same. The horses were just non-articulated slugs. A weird reuse of an existing mold where regular horses get some space armor stuck on them. A straight rerelease would be pretty lame. Bossfight has given us great articulated horses, so at the very least Lanard would need new articulated sculpts. Preferably of actual space horses, not regular horses.

Bujo, I simply mean bringing space horses back for the Star Troopers line. While some products released are brought back after being out of rotation, others are improved and redesigned. There are a lot of items fans and collectors have asked to return exactly as they were, and other fans and collectors want updated and modern incarnations of classic line products. It's a fine balance that most of the Original molds are still available to present those opportunities to the community, some molds however have been deemed unusable and while I cannot comment on those specifics, there will be a mixture of both in assortments, know that there's more and more all new products coming, I understand skepticism as some products have gotten approved and others when reported were held off, it's one of the reasons I have to await clearance to show assortments. The last thing anyone wants is to be shown products and then have them pulled and not placed in a given assortment. An example is Star Troopers. I had permission several years ago to let the community know that Star Force was coming back, and I was told when, and what was in the initial assortment. All vetted and cleared and at the last minute the entire assortment was canceled to be reworked into a new offering which is why if you seen the early bird star Troopers capsule the logo decals were reworked but still said star Force.
I was originally supposed to have the complete assortment breakdowns after the toyfair, and was told to await the assortments to ship to show products as a few items were shifted on release schedules. As well as new products were added. I want to provide everyone an accurate look at what's coming, and if you don't like space horses let me ask you this did you like the 2 space monkeys offered back in 2001? A re-release is just shooting plastic thru existing molds. That's why nobody is interested in Lanard's space horses. If Lanard is interested in making new space horses, that's a whole different story. If the articulation is at least 75% of Bossfight's steeds then I'm game for robot horse, space horses, magic horses, demon horses, mutant horses, whatever they can imagine I'd be up for it.
I have no idea what you're talking about. I was in college in 2001. My world was engineering exams, boning coeds, and beer. Various toy lines were nowhere on my radar. Lanard could've been making space mooses that shit gold bricks and I'd've no idea of its existence. I really don't care enough to look up toys made 20 yrs ago. If Lanard wants to make space monkeys, then more power to them. I'm always game for the weird and imaginative. |

It's not yet time, the Willie must remain tucked away.

Who knows how long this could last. Maybe try thinking about baseball or work or finances. I hear some guys think about thei grandmother. That seems a little weird, but if it works.... Whatever you do, try not to think about your Willie.

Hell, I can't even search for the brand specifically at wal-mart's awful website. Using the link on the official Corps page brings me to a search page with everything BUT the toys I want, and the brand doesn't even seem to exist on amazon outside of multifigure packs. This brand has all these cool vehicles and playsets, but there just don't seem to be any way to buy them which is a cryin shame. |

Have you tried Australia?
You're privilege is showing with your high expectations of having a quality shopping experience. Lanard likes doing things the 3rd world way. This is why they open their single US based store in Missouri for only 4 days each year. It really enhances the appreciation factor of a new purchase when you really have to work for it. Anybody can have 5 minute sell outs with Target Exclusives. Lanard goes the extra mile to make you really earn their products. |
