Personally I just hope that they release Alley Fighter MK2's shield by itself. It's not perfect, but it would go great with my custom Swat figure.

That shield is originally from MCToys, and I wonder if the Gunrunners have the molds themselves or if they buy them from MC. If the Gunrunners do the manufacturing I'm wishing they'd quit gluing the handles in place so I can position it how I want.

You might be able to remove the handle by heating the area where it connects to the shield; I had a couple of handles pop off presumably due to weak glue. With that said, the handle isn’t intended to be rotated (it’s not a circular peg connection) and would require further modification for a secure fit in a different direction.

No news of "Geared-Up" figures this weekend either... I have like 30 figures on order/in the works right now so they are still getting my MTF Bucks! ;-P Made 3+ orders already just this week...lol

How hard is it to pop a figure apart at the waist and put it back together? I have a custom figure with interchangeable armor that I want to make, but I would have to glue two sets of unique armor on two separate torsos because of the parts I'm using to make the armor.
How durable is the waist/torso connection and could I repeatedly swap torsos? |

Also, would I just be better off making two figures?
