Hey buddy your pics of the "sub-teams" are killer. Looks just like the old catalog inserts that came with the vehicles (figures in the case of Thundercats). They are all so good that I can't pick out a favorite.
How many total customs do you have for this project so far? 159 so far for this project 24 more are planned with parts already picked and separated out Probably another 10-15 are on a list as "possibilities" but no parts or anything picked out. They are just maybes for right now.

Bionic 6 was just ahead of its time. Scarab is hilarious and a lot of his jokes are on a more adult level. They are a blended family with adopted children of various races and while that may be mentioned in episodes it is never seen as a negative. The animation is top notch and the stories are great.
Nintendo came in nearing the end of my action figure days so they crossed over some but I moved on from action figures into video games. Just an age thing. Yeah, prices for vintage Silverhawks is unreal. I think I got my complete collection for around $200 like 9 or 10 years ago. I'm sure I could sell it now for around $1500 to $2000 but have absolutely no desire to do so. Exactly as you and I have talked about. Same scale doesn't mean everybody is exactly the same size. With Bossfight, Joe, Marauder, Zicatoys, MU we just have such a wide variety of body types to pick from it makes customs stand apart from one another. Outside of like a ten year span when I was more into music & video games, toys and video games always sort of went hand in hand for me. Pretty much every era I played with or collected Joes during was also one that I played a good amount of games. Yeah, every reasonably priced Quicksilver I saw during a quick eBay search looked nude because all of his chrome wore off. Haha. A custom and Super7 it is! That’s awesome that you were able to get them all before the big jump in prices. I lucked out with a lot of stuff that way. Now it’s the waiting game to see if I really grab anything else outside of the essential items I still want. —————— The A Team, Freedom Force & Karate Kommandos look awesome together! Like you said, they would have been some kickass groups for the Joes to call in for special missions. Hannibal, Chuck & Rambo are pretty hard to beat as leaders. I’m loving the coloring, build and head sculpt on your Chuck more and more. He’s one that will probably be pretty similar once I get around to making him. Just such an iconic look with great colors so I can’t pass up on having that one. And let’s get the Fonz in here! My buddy who shares your Bionic 6 love is also a huge Fonzie mark so he’d love that too!

The A-Team, Rambo, and Chuck Norris figures would probably go together nicely in a dio-story.

Haha, you sound just like my buddy who loves the show. Good thing is with all of these old cartoons to catch up on, I never run out of things to watch.

Bionic 6 and MASK could have been branches of Joes too. Just so much crossover potential in the 80s. I agree 100%

Lol. Fonz won't be making an appearance any time soon. I loved Happy Days growing up and Fonz was my favorite but for now I'm sticking with my favorite toy lines I had as a kid or my favorite cartoons.

Definitely should have had MASK and Joe do a real crossover event! That was always the big one for me. ———— LOVE the Lion-O versions all lied up together! Don’t think I own any minimates so really cool to see one of them get some shine too! Didn’t realize the original and Classics would be the same size. Even the reaction figure doesn’t look bad in the group and I usually hate those things. You are making me realize how badly I want some gear for my childhood Lion-O though! Even repro gear is super expensive!

As insanely beautiful as those "shelf" shots are I have to say *again* that the Force of Freedom and Karate Kommandos are among my very favorites! They just came out so darn good!

Haha, but if you don’t add the Fonz, who is gonna fix the jukebox in the PIT or jump over my Eel v2’s robot shark when I make it? And he could join the Dreadnok’s. Limitless possibilities with a 3.75” Arthur Fonzarelli figure!

Thanks I appreciate it. Lol! Well...for now Fonz won't be joining. I do remember the cartoon but honestly don't recall anything about it.
