I know nothing about Sigma 6, but you nailed the design. I actually like the bright neon colors on this one. As for bossfight arms I'm guessing you mean just the lower arms. Use the hot glue trick and they will fit in the Joe arms. The pegs are smaller than Joe pegs, but with the hot glue they will hold and still be moveable.
Thanks! Haha, you know everything is better with neon! Oh, cool, thanks, good to know! Figured as much but wasn’t positive. Haven’t experimented much with using body parts from multiple sources yet. Quote:

Toxic Zartan rocks!! You've shown repeatedly how you're more inclined to challenge yourself to create different and unique versions of various characters. Well, needless to say the 90's theme also tends to be part of that equation
It's funny because I immediately thought of your entry in Slice's previous custom contest, 90s Zandar and how he would really complement this Zartan version...then I saw a shot of the two with Zarana!! Great work man! Haha, this one was so close to being a “normal” custom but then I just couldn’t stop pulling up the picture of the toxic Sigma figure! I knew I had to make a go at it, awesome to hear everyone enjoys it as much as I do! This was just such a fun one to put together. And yeah, I just can’t kick the 90’s vibe, I miss those bright toy aisles way too much. Haha. Kind of makes me happy that Hasbro and the Club didn’t get to them in the modern era because I’m having so much fun recreating all of the guys I had or remember seeing on pegs when I was younger. Haha, yeah, love how he looks with my Zandar and Cesspool’s group. I wasn’t expecting him to be so versatile when I started him but he really does fit in surprisingly well with quite a few different groups that I have. Then as a stand-alone too, he’s just so different from the other Zartan’s in my collection. ——— As always, appreciate everyone checking out my customs and leaving comments / feedback! Definitely keeps me motivated to make more of these odd figures!

I never got into Sigma 6, but the paint job on Zartan's head is awesome!

———— Fun, random one today. I loved the first two Resident Evil games growing up, I was absolutely terrible at them because they’d make me fold under the pressure of not having a recent save to fall back on, but the games were always a ton of fun to play even though I was bad at them. Since the Directors Cut of the first game was the one I had the most experience with, Jill Valentine has always been a character I loved and wanted to add to my Joe Universe. Easy build with this one, just Val legs and a t-shirt torso. Lake blue paint job on the shirt, navy for the pants. Ran out of brown haired heads so her hair was painted brown, sculpted some shoulder armor, grabbed a WW2 British beret and hit those with navy blue. Painted her gloves black over sculpting the thicker style gloves because I was worried that they’d weigh her arms down too much and she wouldn’t be posable anymore. Then finished it off with the Boss Fight Officer belt, night stick & handgun. Jill Valentine (Resident Evil) Looks great with POC Law & Order since he gives off a Chris Redfield vibe. He’s who she’ll be teamed with in my display. Maybe put them both with the Club Zombie Hunters. And just some fun game inspired shots where I merged 1 & 2:

I feel like all the effects you put into the comic was just to stoke my jealously...LOL. Love the comics buddy. The dialog was hilarious. Taken out of the context of a video game it shows how absolutely absurd it is.

Wow I really like that BC Eels! Great job paint matching the bright colors and the sculpting came out really great. You have become the go to guy for awesome Battle Corps customs. I’ll be honest BC wasn’t a line I was really into but your making me a fan of these figures. Damn you! Hahahaha
*Edit Just noticed your Sigma 6 Zartan and Jill Valentine. Freaking awesome stuff man. Nailed that Zartan and I agree the face is outstanding. It just looks like he has some nasty toxic infection coursing through him. Love it. Then Jill, always cool to see Resident Evil characters Marauders style.

Thanks! I need to pull some other guys off the shelf like Shockwave and Widescope to get pictures with her too.

The dialogue was probably why I struggled through the game as much as I did back in the day. Haha, it always cracked me up, then the voice acting & stiffness of the characters. It was the perfect storm and no matter how many times I died, I just needed to keep pushing through it to see what they’d say next. I am a little upset with myself for not sliding the, “you were almost a Jill Sandwich” line in there though. Next time! But total bonus points to me for getting the clunky controls down in the final picture! Haha, I knew I was doing that before I even set up the backdrop. Quote:
Would like to do Jill from 3, Chris from the original, Claire & Leon from 2 and I think I have a good head for Barry Burton from the original. Quote:

Hahaha, makes me laugh now that I’m seeing more and more 90’s & Battlecorps customs popping up on here! Seemed like there were barely any on here a couple of years ago and now we have quite a few people who drop customs from that era regularly. Love that we were all able to bring some appreciation for that era. Can’t wait for that first neon 90’s KR Custom! You know you want to do it! Haha, that’s why I love it too! The whole thing makes it look like Zartan fell in a vat of chemicals like the Joker. And I agree on Jill, she has always come across as someone who’d make the Joe team! Quote:
Oooh, she’d fit in perfectly with your storyline and thread! Hope she makes the cut one day because I’d love to see your take!

This is awesome!! Seeing a recreation of Resident Evil Jill Valentine with Marauders body parts makes me want to give it a shot as well!
