Those figures were pretty easy to find after the initial craze over them. The only ones that might’ve been a little difficult to get were the cobra troopers. A lot of the figures ended up on clearance for $3 too when the line was discontinued. They were fun figures. I probably bought a dozen sets during the time they were being made. It’d be nice to see another line but Hasbro made it pretty clear it wasn’t happening.

Hi guys, definitely a moot point now but I remember after DG almost dried up, Ollie’s got cases of Wave 2 and I bought my son a bunch of Grey Duke and Blue Cobra Trooper. T’Ginzu was a nice surprise in wave 2 as well!

Hasbro Pulse would print cash redoing many of the soliders in better paint apps. They could do Vipers and the Troopers from the 30th or POC in so many paint apps, desert, arctic, jungle, and so on. Easily, and online at $10 to $12 a pop, although I'd be happier if $10. ha ha

POC CT build in all kinds of colors. POC shock trooper build on all kinds of colors. POC Viper build in all kinds of colors. 50th Flint build with DG Duke helmet in all kinds of colors. DG SW build in all kinds of colors. DG SS build in all kinds of single colors with different sash colors. 50th Eel build in all kinds of colors. Ret. ultimate CC build in all kinds of colors. Call it a blanks line or something, and give them only 2 accessories each. $10 a figure on minimal cards. They would get a chunk of my money for sure.

This was the last time I remember being able to find any Joe stuff readily available on the shelf. I almost never go to DG now, but when these were out I stopped in on the reg to hunt and was never disappointed.
